  1. Microbiologist, Upstream & Downstream of Viral Vaccine Development
    • Incepta Vaccine; Dhaka, Bangladesh; Aug 2015–Aug 2021.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Participated in upstream process of inactivated rabies vaccine, recombinant hepatitis B vaccine development.
      • Involved in downstream process of whole cell inactivated cholera vaccine, inactivated subunit meningococcal vaccine development.
      • Prepared cell bank & virus stock preparation for multiple vaccines.
      • Guided the viral vaccine manufacturing section and involved in redesigning of viral vaccine facility.
  2. Research Fellow ICDDR, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
    • Feb 2013-Jan 2014.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Extracted and isolated genomic DNA & plasmid DNA.
      • Executed PCR reaction via multiplex PCR machine.
      • Carried out Agarose Gel Electrophoresis for Genomic DNA and Plasmid DNA.
      • Carried out Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis.
      • Performed serological test against variety of enteropathogenic bacteria.
      • Maintained Standard Operating System and various biochemical tests.
